Other than the day I dropped off the vehicle on November 29th, I never received a phone call or text message to update me on the status of the vehicle. I am in the same business that you guys are and understand the stress & how busy we all are throughout the day. I hope that I am the exception to the rule and you take better care of other customers that do business regularly. Just being honest about my experience - no disrespect. Just wanting to share so you can make things better.

Josh was extremely professional and helpful. He was attentive, answered all my questions and even pulled my vehicle to the door when finished. Great experience with underriner Hyundai every time I get service done!!

The worst experience I have ever had dealing with a car service.I was basically ignored while the “guys were making over a new car that had just come in.”It took me close to an hour to get out of there-after my car was done.
