We realize that our Santa Fe Sport Turbo came in before Christmas. We expected it to take a bit of time but 1 month and 3 weeks was a bit much. Our service rep never called to give us an update. We had to call each time. We feel that our car would still be there except for the service manager Mike Ramirez. We called him in lieu of the rep and he got right on it and we now have our car.

Jason was super excellent and customer-oriented. And Heather was extremely helpful. I apologized for being late since I was working nightshift and woke up late for my appointment but they made it possible for me to get my car service done. I was apprehensive about having my Jetta taken down in order to change the timing belt- especially when it runs so great. I just now drove it home to Joliet and very pleased that it ran just like it always has. Great job and a thumbs up ???? to the master technician who performed the work. Thanks to Josh for keeping me updated; always polite and professional.

1. Took way too long for an oil change. 2. Did not call me in a timely matter when it was finished 3. They pinched the oil filter gasket causing it to leak oil out on to the ground and they are lucky I caught it or it would have drained the oil and blown up my car on the way home. If it wasn’t for warranty purposes I’d never come back to underriner
