I really appreciated the very timely help that was given to my car after an accident, when I still needed to travel. I really appreciated the help and check of my car to be sure it was safe and road worthy.
Explained repairs and followup procedures if needed. Professional and courteous.
1.Always satisfied with service in the past. Today must’ve been an off day.
2. Your acknowledgment time is getting longer and longer. I understand it’s busy and multi-tasking. I stood there for 2-3 minutes before anyone said “hi” or “hello”. They’re quick at taking money, that’s for sure.
3. When I got my keys, was told my car is outside on right curb, and it wasn’t. Walked all the way to the back and up to doors. Kept hearing the alarm and saw that it was parked across the island, next to electric car chargers.
4. While looking for my car, saw service guy that was finishing up with his customer came out and pull up her vehicle to the door. How
convenient. All I could think about is that I’m brown and not white. Why was I not provided the same service? Is it because her bill was $200 more than mine? Yes, I overheard her price and $800+, mine was $599.90.
5. When I got into my car and noticed the mileage sticker was missing. Went inside for it, he came back with an effin sticker with a handwritten number on it with a marker. Really?!? If they’re missing this minor detail, is the rest of work done up to par. Makes one lose confidence in work being done.
That’s my honest feedback. Hope someone reads it and doesn’t get deleted. lol.
I received a message from my car that said I needed an oil change. Plus my passenger airbag light has been on for at least eight months so II received a message from my car that said I needed an oil change. Plus my passenger airbag light has been on for at least eight months so I scheduled an appointment which is not the easiest thing to do. There are so many phone numbers can’t reach the right person. I talked to a girl and ask her. When was my last oil change? What was my mileage and why was I being scheduled so soon? Oh, you’re not, she said, you’re fine and will do a tire rotation if you need it. I told her to please put on the schedule that I needed the passenger side. Airbag looked at. she said they are ready to check that that they have the sensor they needed to check it out. I went there today. I was told that my mileage was not at the right place. It was 17 and they needed 24 so they were not going to do an oil change. They wanted to do a check on the airbag. He came back in and said that the center wasn’t working, but if I could wait for an hour that they would get it done my granddaughter just got out of the emergency room. I don’t have time for this when I schedule an oil change. It takes three hours , they did wash my car. Yay so no I’m not happy. I’m tired of your computer. I love my car, but I am a busy person. I do not need this kind of inconvenience in my life.
I was concerned about my coolant level so I dropped in unannounced. I was given excellent immediate service. I left with a clean, freshly maintained vehicle. 100% pleased

After coolant flush my over temp light came on. The coolant tank is empty.
Why did I have to pay for an oil change and tire rotation when the vehicle is still under warranty? Left a message for Tanner and wasn't even offered the courtesy of a callback.

I am more than satisfied. We had our Hyundai in a couple years back for a warranty A/C problem. Just the other day I noticed it was doing the same thing ..and blowing cool but not cold air. I wasn't too worried as I had ola paper work and had an extended warranty. I was so surprised when Josh called and said that the previous tech had done something wrong and they got everything taken care of and there was no charge at all. To error in favor of the customer and take responsibility for this error just amazed me. That's CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS BEST. We came all the way from Great Falls because I trust this place and now even more so. The next vehicle we get when we start looking will be from UNDERRINER HYUNDAI.
