Joshua took my concerns seriously and made me sure that my car was okay
I heard the service personnel talking about me. I don't know if they nee I could hear them talking or if they didn't care. I was told they couldn't get thru to the warranty company and that my warranty had expired. I was told that alot of these warranties aren't very good and I should go over it with a fine tooth comb. I drove 200 miles and didn't my car looked at. I have purchased 3 NEW cars and 1 used from underrhiner. This car was not purchased there is that why it was poor customer service?
Thank you ????. I also had the mechanic that worked on my xc60 and ask if things were working properly. The service today I felt was a team effort and Joshua has been with Underriner for three years and provided good service with genuine feedback, service and information.

I don't trust people with my car because I have had them forget stuff a lot. But I found Jackson and whoever worked on my vehicle superior to what I have had in the past. It was a pleasant surprise also that they washed it also!!!! Not only there was that but a mechanic came in and filled the water bottles and gave me one without asking. My only complaint was the guy who drove the car into the garage. I didn’t realize I should drive it in when it opened without asking first. He told my husband, “you don’t pay the heating bill”. I thought it was rude and unnecessary. Other than that, we were completely satisfied.
