Jackson was very thorough in explaining the servicing process. I appreciate that. Jackson also explained that the inspection discovered severely worn front brake pads. He explained that OEM pads were not available immediately, but would be ordered.

Incredibly frustrated with the service I received today at Underriner motors for my oil change. I made an appointment for 1p and arrived at 1255 and my car sat at the door until after 2:05. I asked the manager (Jackson), who was at the desk at the time, how long my car would be at 2 and was given a rather short and unfriendly answer. My appointment was at 1 and I would expect prompt service. If you’re running behind that is understandable and fine, just communicate the delay to the customer. My oil change took over an hour and a half and there was no communication to me about the delay or even apologized to for having to wait with my young child for an extended period of time. I also planned my afternoon around my 1pm apt and had to rush to my next appointment. There was no incentive to keep me coming back for my service at this location so I have a hard time recommending service here. This was not an ideal situation and i’ve been to other dealers and mechanics who have always been upfront about the wait time and have taken care of me as the customer—whether that’s with a discounted service or coming to let me know about the delay in a timely manner or ensuring my child is fine. This really felt like my time was not important and I was not important.

I called in the morning of June 5th to see if I could bring my vehicle on as the ‘tire pressure’ warning light came on as I was driving to work. I was told to stop by the service department after 1pm and they would take a look at my tires. They did discover a nail in the left back rear tire. The repair was done. I appreciate the service.

The service writer was phenomenal and I couldn’t be happier with that portion of the experience…my only criticism would be attention to detail by the tech. Upon pick up, there was a substantial coolant leak (which, again, Jackson got taken care of as quickly as possible-thank you!). When I got the vehicle home and checked it over I found another coolant leak from a different hose that wasn’t seated correctly into the compression clamp. Also, the air filter and cabin air filter were filthy. The oil was 2 qts overfull on dipstick, the coolant reservoir was not topped off, the skid plate was missing bolts and about to fall off, and the transmission fluid was very dirty and the tire pressures were all off. I would have expected those items to be checked over during the inspection. So 10/10 for Jackson, maybe some retraining opportunities for the tech. But overall I would never complain if not asked for feedback because I can’t believe the phenomenal warranty on the motor. That saved me a ton of heartache!! Thank you!!!

I came in for a tire rotation- my TPM alert was not on when I arrived however it was when I left. I called and asked why that wasn’t check when the vehicle was in and was told “sometimes those guys get busy”.

The wait was too long really not otherwise satisfied. Over 1.20 is a long time with a scheduled appointment.
