I had scheduled the 40/k service several weeks in advance and they didn’t have the spark plugs for my service. So my service was incomplete!!
I like everything except the 2-hour+ wait for an oil change. You spoiled me all those years and I still expect about an hour wait.
Dealership is always clean & employees are there to do the best for their customers.
I appreciate after my service my car was washed.
We came in 2 hrs away to have a trim piece replaced and the car serviced. We were later told that the trim piece (under warranty) had to be ordered after a technician saw it and thus the part wasn’t in. The technician was great explaining this, however we should have been told before hand. We now have to come back (a 2 hour drive each way) to have the trim piece put in which is a 3 hour appointment. When originally calling we explained the trim piece and it was never brought up to us that it couldn’t be replaced on the day we scheduled.
Always am met with gracious and helpful people when checking in. Very accommodating to do a drop off while car being serviced.
The gentlemen at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. I felt it was a good experience.
We were impressed by how quickly we were able to get our car serviced.
The clean and comfortable waiting area was much appreciated also, as was the friendly employees who works at the dealership.
Excellent service from the moment, I drove into the parking lot until the very end! Polite but not pushy.
Was traveling- had a flat tire; your group was able to find a tire and get us back on the road quickly - Thank You for the help.

Josh was great about patiently listening to our concerns about our Santa Fe. We appreciate the explanation about the diagnostic test and that we wouldn’t be charged if there wasn’t any problem. Luckily there wasn’t and our others services were completed in a timely manner. Thanks!

I know you guys are short staffed, and I tremendously respect Underinner Motors, but paying for a coolant flush is not fair given the circumstances. It was Memorial Day when we discovered the leak; we were in a rural area and only had one option to make our Volkswagen operational so we could return home. I did indeed use generic coolant, but it was only to get home and save our vehicle. I hope you will reconsider the expenses for people in the future. Other than that, Jackson did great, the service was fantastic, and I only want to voice my complaints about the cost.
Wonderful, friendly service. Was told about an hour and a half for service and it was exactly that. Great experience.
I was told I had to get factory Ciols for my car to get a ECU update. I was told I couldn't get the update if I didn't use the factory parts at $165 each. I called back and the service manager said that wasn't true I feel I was lied to because I am a woman. And lied to to get money out of me.
