Tanner Robertson was very professional and kept me updated regularly on my vehicle's progress. He has very good customer service skills. Several other associates came thru waiting room and also very cheerful and engaging. I liked the atmosphere in your building which was also very clean. My appt was for 9am and thank you for getting me in and out so quickly that I was home in Cody by 1pm

It took 2 hours when I was told one, they did not tell me I needed filter (emailed, but could have asked in person, since I didn’t know to check email) and they put on bad windshield wipers.

Instead of fixing my horn like I asked them to they tried to sell me a $200 transmission service instead. My horn quit working again today.

We had an emergency and the help we received was amazing. We had a blow out 20 miles outside of Cody and have special rims so the tire wasn’t available anywhere else. Jackson took great care of us in rapid time and got us back on the road. I’m so thankful and would highly recommend!!

This will be the 4th time I have to drive 4 total hours (closest dealership for warranty work) for you guys to attempt to get this issue fixed. The first one was just for diagnostics, which I understood. I was told at the end of the appointment that some parts would need to be ordered and they would call me when the parts got in to schedule another appointment.which I understood. That was April 29th. I was told parts were 5 days out. What I don't understand is that I called several times and left multiple messages asking for an update, but you neglected to call me. I finally had to drive 2 hours and pay you a visit just to get an update. That was June 7th. It was at that time I was told that the parts had "just come in" on that previous Tuesday. I then talked to the service manager and was assured that this would get taken care of. I scheduled an appointment with the service manager so i knew it got done to bring my vehicle back in to get it fix that following Friday, June 14. They had my car all day and when I went back to get my vehicle I was told that one part they didn't need to install because the old one was just disconnected. I asked why that was fixed the previous appointment and the response I got was "our guys must have overlooked it." There was also an amp that they ordered to replace the old one. I was informed that the wrong part was ordered and that I would have to make another appointment to get that fixed. This was something that should have been checked before the appointment so I didn't have to drive 2 hours for nothing, which is exactly what happened. At the appointment on the 14th I was told that they ordered the part and it was being expedited. That was a week ago from today (June 20) and I haven't heard anything yet. On top of this, you they offered to give me a complimentary oil change and tire rotation to "make up" for everything. Well, I'm not sure that even happened because the old oil change sticker is still on the window and a new one is nowhere to be found. So, when you ask me how my experience has been, I would say it's been awful at best. There will be reviews posted, so keep an eye out for them.
