Tanner was great - can’t say the same thing for the inept communication between the tech and the desk. If there had been clear communication I would not have had to go without my car over night.
My appointment was originally at 11 am. My appointment before that got done early at 9 am so I called Hyundai to see if they had any earlier openings. Jackson answered and said they did and I could come now and they would get my oil change done. I was there almost 2 hours. From 9:30 am to almost 11:30 am. My car had been pulled out of the bay and was sitting up front for more than 20 minutes before someone came back up to the front (not even someone who worked in that area) to help me be able to get out of there. Please do not tell me I can come early to get done and out of there faster when you were too busy to do so.
This whole process was a complete shitshow, from my car sitting in the shop for a MONTH before anything was done to it and being diagnosed incorrectly, and needing a new engine. Then the wrong engine being delivered. Had to wait 2 months for my car to be done with little to no communication from anyone at the dealership.
I also came in the other day to get my purchase agreement since Underriner bought Kia and was COMPLETELY brushed off and pretty much laughed at when I talked to finance about getting that.

The appointment was not completed in a timely manner. After over 2 hours of waiting for a simple oil change, the staff rushed the job but couldn’t complete the vehicle inspection. Because I was traveling from out of town, I was forced to make arrangements with the business who cares for my dogs, and I had to pay an extra fee.
Scheduled a recall repair and after I dropped off the vehicle, and was given a ride to work, was told the dealership did not have the parts. Wasted one morning and now have to come back.
When an appt is made for a certain time, that's when your car should go in. Otherwise, why have an appt? 8 am appt. Arrived 10 minutes early, 5 cars in front of me and a total of 11 cars in the bay
There’s no data reported on tire tread fluid levels etc. considering I got a nail in the side wall and require a new tire. This world be useful information.
Additionally, the mileage at the time of service is about 2000 miles off. This does not inspire confidence in ability and diligence.
