Can remember the name of guy who checked me in. If it was Jason he went above and beyond what I expected. Oil changed quickly and everything was awesome. Even a car wash.

I brought my car in for a software update for my Volvo on call and other city driving messages that were displaying on my dash. Along with that, I brought a letter from Volvo about also updating the Apple CarPlay software. I explained that my family was traveling to Minnesota and my main focus was making sure my cruise control would work again. They shared the software update would be done in two hours but when it was done only the Apple car play was updated which was not my main concern. I asked the technician if I had not asked or shared the right concerns and he shared no that they would have needed to update the first before they could diagnose the other problem so that all makes sense to me.
When I called to make the appointment I had shared my focus being the messages on my dash panel, and that my car hadn’t been updated in a long time. We drove from Wyoming to have this service done and to not have the main concern with my car fixed and updated felt frustrating to me. After I had already shared that my Volvo hadn’t had updates and had all these issues, I wish I would have been advised to have an earlier appointment where they could both update the software and diagnose the rest of the issues. I had shared we would be making this trip specifically to get this fixed before our long road trip, so that element just felt so disappointing.

The reason I had to bring my Volvo in was a noise related to the fan and and AC used together. I was told I needed a new AC compressor.
Driving the car home, the noise is still there, not fixed by replacing the compressor $$$$$$.
I am not satisfied at all with the outcome. It was very expensive and the unusual noise still exists with a new compressor.
Car appears to be leaking oil after oil change, made appointment for tomorrow at 1pm to diagnose

Never get an answer the phone email from web site tell you go in then they retry keep in contact I think as best they can
