The service advisor went above and beyond to get us back on the road, it was greatly appreciated. I will make sure my home dealer here’s about how well we were treated and maybe take note. We had to take our vehicle to the shop 4 different times to get the job completed. The first two times they simply took the easy way out and charged the ac system. Finally on the third time they finally take the time to diagnose the problem. This only happened after I insisted that another charge of the ac was not sufficient. On the 4th trip the shop we dropped the vehicle off, promised by the service writer they would call that afternoon when it was done. No call. The next day I finally called for an update. ( there is a theme of no contact from the shop unless it’s initiated by me). The service writer tells me the car is completed but the ac charging system is broken so it actually isn’t done. I am told to come get the car and they will call when it can be charged. I refuse and only after arguing with them and several more phone calls are we offered a loaner car to drive. Keep in mind it’s the hottest part of the summer and they wanted us to drive a car with no ac. Nearly 4 weeks go by before the charging system at your shop is repaired. Again no updates, only get some kind of an answer when we call. So after nearly a month I am told it will be done, so we come to the shop to pick it up. It’s not actually done, come to find out a valve is missing that is needed to charge the ac. No one bothered to check over the 4 weeks it sat at your shop. So again we leave with no car. I ask to speak to service or store manager; no surprise neither one is actually at work. The next week I am promised the valve will be overnighted. Again no call or update until I call. Once again I am told the car is done, so again I go to pick it up. This time the ac repair is complete, but a recall for the spoiler was done that morning and needs 24 hours to sit while the glue sets. Another repair that could have been completed over the 4 weeks the car has sat at your shop. Another instance of no phone call or update and a wasted trip. The next morning we finally receive a text that car is fully completed, maybe this texting system could be used to update your customers on the status or changes so they don’t come to your shop when they are told it will be done.

So I was told when I made the appointment it would be 30 to 40 minutes for an oil change. Therefore, my husband and I dropped it off and we didn’t bring another car so that we could leave. We just stayed thinking it was just a short time when we arrived we were told it would be an hour and a half an hour and 45 minutes. And I said you’re kidding, right? They’ve reply was no you were very busy today and it would take that long. They could not wash the car and cut off a few minutes, so we opted for that. I don’t know how long our car was done but after an hour and 35 minutes or so I went to go see when it would be done and it was parked and had been done for a while. They didn’t tell us it was done because they were too busy behind the desk, talking to people who came to the desk that was frustrating! I will say the young man didn’t charge me for the oil change today because he could clearly see. I was upset and I appreciate that but someone should have told me my car was done. It had probably been done 30 minutes before I got up to see if it was finished.

Very courteous and friendly service and was able to get my car in for service quickly. Car returned clean. Thanks again. Would rather not go to other GM dealers in town. Very pleased to get my Buick serviced there.

I accidentally scheduled my service with the out of state dealership where I bought my vehicle. When I arrived at Underriner, the service coordinator said they would work me in even though he didn’t have my appointment. I checked my conformation after I went to the waiting area and discovered my mistake. When I discovered MY error, I immediately approached the coordinator to explain and apologize. He was gracious and said they would be happy to get it done for me. They were busy, and I know at least slightly inconvenienced by error, but did the work. That is real service and much appreciated! Thank you.

I was supposed to have a free oil change. I was not made aware until the oil change was done that my free oil change expired. I was forced to pay for service because no one communicated with me. Very shady and definitely not coming back because of lack of communication and decency.
