The finish product was great, but the experience trying to get someone on the phone was very difficult.

I immediately sent you the part number from Bob Smith that you had sent over. No response. Called with it yesterday. Still no response. I would think you could have cleared that warning or have called by now. For the $80 I paid you...I hope you can get it cleared now that you have the part number.

Very little communication and I feel the entire process on both occasions was mismanaged. I am very unhappy with the service received. I will NOT be recommending your company to anyone. In addition the car has an issue that occurred after the first visit that the service manager was made fully aware of on a the second visit that was not even looked at after having the vehicle for 8 hours and now we are left without ac in 100 degree heat! Ridiculous when we just had $3000 of work done. We are beyond livid.
The entire Volvo team members did an amazing job.
I live 124 miles away and when I scheduled this I was told they had the parts and took half a day off work to make the trip. Kept getting confirmation texts throughout the week assuming everything was good to go and knowing what the recall was and the parts where in. Then when I arrived was told the parts were not in. That was a half day of work and a long road trip for nothing. Very frustrating especially since you knew what the recall was and what the appointment was for.
Bill Underriner stepped in and handled my initial frustration. Bill is a wonderful leader.
