Josh was a treat. Sorry for the pun, but he honestly was. He was knowledgeable, trustworthy, no nonsense. Did what I requested without trying to upsell me on unnecessary services, communicated well and was just over all friendly and kind. 10/10 would request him.

Though I bought the car about 8 months ago, I feel like it runs just fine for driving to work and on errands and I plan on keeping it for a few years so slowly getting basic maintenance stuff done when I get some free time.

When you bought the VW service from Kia, and I scheduled my first service, I told them that Kia had said I had a major oil coolant leak, they had ordered the part and the engine oil coolant, and never did the repair because of part delay. I got the next oil change done at Underriner and was told they pressure tested the oil system and no leaks. I get home and see oil leaking in about 2 weeks later. I call and was told not to worry, just residual oil from the change. Needless to say, more leakage and finally got it in today to have it checked again—NOW has a leak!!! $2200 leak. So frustrating! Yet I paid the $80 for diagnostics TWICE which if your staff just listened to me—would have perhaps gotten taken care of the first time I took it in at Underriner .
