Underrinner Volkswagen repaired a problem that Bozeman Volkswagen caused by simply changing the oil . I will gladly go to Billings from now on.
The wait was very long and there was not proactive communication as thw hours ticked by.
Satisfied with the work that was done, but we kind of got lost in the shuffle and it took a day longer to get car back.
Professional, polite, and throughly explained the entire process. He was a pleasure to work with.

Best service for my Volvos great people with knowledge and tools to make every visit an experience which is laudable. It’s fun to spend money when the job is done well please don’t change anything you guys are perfect!
Though I bought the car about 8 months ago, I feel like it runs just fine for driving to work and on errands and I plan on keeping it for a few years so slowly getting basic maintenance stuff done when I get some free time.
When you bought the VW service from Kia, and I scheduled my first service, I told them that Kia had said I had a major oil coolant leak, they had ordered the part and the engine oil coolant, and never did the repair because of part delay. I got the next oil change done at Underriner and was told they pressure tested the oil system and no leaks. I get home and see oil leaking in about 2 weeks later. I call and was told not to worry, just residual oil from the change. Needless to say, more leakage and finally got it in today to have it checked again—NOW has a leak!!! $2200 leak. So frustrating! Yet I paid the $80 for diagnostics TWICE which if your staff just listened to me—would have perhaps gotten taken care of the first time I took it in at Underriner .
