We are very thankful that you took care of our problem on a Friday morning with a 3 day weekend on hand. We were just passing through Billings on our way to Minnesota. We would have been stranded in Billings until Tuesday the following week. The staff was friendly and kept us informed on the progress of our car. We are happy they were able to squeeze us in on a getaway Friday. We were able to get another 400 miles into our trip.
Bonnie was very helpful and professional. It was a long day waiting for my car but she kindly answered all my questions.
I do think you need additional customer service reps. It’s hard to get ahold of a person to speak to.

Job was done incorrectly the first time but when brought back they made it a priority to fix right away and clean up mess
I had an appt for a recall on my vehicle today. I arrived and was told it would be approximately 1 to 1/2 hrs. I received a phone call approximately 30 minutes later saying “ u didn’t have the part for the recall fix”. Im not sure how the scheduling works @ your dealership??
When I can’t to pick up my vehicle there were 3 employees working. While the girl helped the guy the other too just stood there and chit chatting with him as if another customer wasn’t even standing there. Then finally one guy asked if I needed help. I told him yes I was picking up vehicle. He grabbed my paperwork and keys. Then starting chatting with the other customer. So customer service is lacking. Bit worse is that my key fob was scratched and chipped up as if it was dropped multiple time and/or stepped on or drove on. I know it wasn’t like this when I dropped it off as I very seldom have to pull my keys out of my purse

I had an oil change in another town due to your busy shop and my work schedule. One i got home I noticed oil leak. although I sat and waited almost 5 hours, they got me in without an appointment found the issue, did a temp repair, gave me an estimate and ordered parts. They explained what happened and why very well. I grew up helping my Dad, a mechanic, and used to be a service advisor ,but would have understood even if I was never near and engine. Well done

Ok job. I had to check at the service desk to find out our car was done. No text, no call. Not sure what happened there. The 60 k mile check took closer to 5 hours rather than the 4 hours I expected. Friendly staff, Irv the shuttle guy was great.
