A big thanks to these guys! They are personable and knowledgeable, with great service! Answered all my questions and fixed all my problems. They weren’t pushy about selling me recommended services like most service centers (although I will be back to get all of my future work done here). They even washed my car, and didn’t tell me they were going to or charge me for it, I was greatly surprised and impressed. They also charged me less than what they quoted me because it took less time than they thought!
10/10 would bring any VW, Volvo, or Hyundai here!

Well I initially didn't have her. I was quoted $364.00 for 4 to 6 days of work. 3 weeks later she finally went back there and made it happen to get my car back to me. Regardless of having to pay an extra 200 dollars of what I was quoted I'm just glad she got my car back to me. Especially after having to rent a vehicle for those 3 weeks. Just money lost and upset. The car runs great though!
Underriner- Jackson in particular, really worked hard to get my car repaired asap. My parts took over a week to arrive (I knew that when they were ordered) but Jackson jumped on the job when they came in. I needed to travel out of state by this weekend and he got the job done in time for me to make my trip. Thank you!
I saw my vehicle was finished at 11:58 and followed the service guy in as he placed my keys on top of her desk. It took until 12:54 before the paperwork was done and it had to be completed by the other desk worker as she left for lunch. From 12.00 to 12:25 she helped one person leave and one person who showed up. Very frustrating!
Customer service was not good. Called multiple times to get updated and no one has returned my phone call. You’ve had my car for over 2 weeks and not reached out once.
I had and still have an issue with the headlights. The service tech, Aron, agreed it appeared to be very strange and did his best to adjust them. Josh said that “if they replaced the headlights, and there really wasn’t an issue, the dealer would NOT be paid by Hyundai. “ He also said “it must be normal” as if I was an idiot. I truly couldn’t believe it, and told him that was not my issue. The car has less than 8000 miles on it. Aron was going to do some research & have someone get back to me. I have not heard anything and it has been nearly 3 weeks. In my opinion, Josh was rude and very unhelpful. As a litigation attorney, I really was unimpressed with his demeanor and attitude. I would certainly welcome someone looking into the poor headlight design & perhaps offering some additional training to your front line staff.
Bought my car here, but just starting using services and wished I started sooner! Jackson is an all-star!
Michael , The service manager did an excellent job getting me scheduled for the appointment with such a short notice, I called on Monday and he scheduled me for Wednesday. The service department completed the repair & maintenance while I waited in a short period of time! Thank You Underriner Motors Hyundai service department. Great Job!

My rear passenger latch was replaced yesterday. When I went to leave after they were done, my back hatch would not open. At my request, they brought it back in. I told them the back latch has always worked. They dismissed my concerns and the technicians and the service supervisor were insistent that it was purely coincidental, and that the latch suddenly went bad while it was in the shop. I was told I needed to make another appointment to have the back latch replaced and that it would not be covered under my warranty. I kindly disagreed that it was coincidental and that I felt like the 2 problems were in fact related. I agreed to come back for another diagnosis bc after all, I needed to be able to open the back of my car! Then, when I got home I discovered the passage door latch they'd just replaced was installed incorrectly and would not lock. After another day in the shop, they installed the latch correctly and as a result, the back latch opened as it should. I nearly paid $500 for a latch that I knew I did not need. I do appreciate that I was able to bring it in the next morning & that I would not be charged another diagnostic fee. Your staff is kind & they're doing the best they can under the circumstances. Over all, from my personal experience the Hyundai shop felt extremely understaffed and overbooked for services and the large volume of cars that were coming in. Sincerely, Kerin T
I would highly recommend under riders for service on their vehicle. A big shout out and thank you to Jackson. Very professional always answered all my questions thoroughly and in a timely fashion. Also, I’d like to thank the mechanic Brian just all together a great experience.
