Aside from Bonnie’s assistance, I didn’t enjoy the attitude by Erv, the courtesy van driver. He was extremely curt and abrasive on a phone call and when I got into the vehicle. Luckily, I know how to deal with difficult people, I didn’t take offense, and I made an effort to warm him up during our drive. My experience within the dealership was great, but the driver didn’t convey the kind of professionalism or courtesy one would expect from the dealership. Just a heads up.

Misinformation. Made appt to have part placed. Had a phone conversation about what part. Walked in and made appt. Brought car in and was called to say they will order part and need to make another appt . Was also told it was under warranty. When picking up car was told not under warranty. I live in Laurel so getting a ride back and forth is not easy.maybe the team just weren't on their game. It happens but it was inconvenient.
The entire service staff has excellent customer service skills. They are friendly and helpful, polite and kind. I always feel rather like the Queen of England from arriving to leaving — and my vehicle runs like a top. They always make my day. Thank you. The owner is fortunate to have them in his employ.
The communication could've been better. I understand parts were delayed.
I found hard to find status or understand who i was leaving a voicemail for. I found it difficult to find right department to pay my repair bill.
That said, all interaction was courteous and appreciated Blake Underriner involvement. Delivering my car to Livingston was great above and beyond service that made it right.
