Although the service was completed timely, I’m still having quirky software glitches. My garage door opener button works intermittently. Worked when I left my house and didn’t work when I returned. My waiting to see if some other software glitches that I had previously still persist before I bring the car back in.

Bonnie was great. I paid $380 for a battery which 80 dollars was labor. I’ve never paid labor for a battery but was out of town and didn’t have an option. 300 dollars for a battery seemed outrageously expensive as well, but my main issue was that when I got my car back my air conditioning stopped working and is only kicking out hot air. It seems as though during installation something got punctured or disconnected. I went to the dealership and paid a premium to have something like that not happen.

Service mostly outstanding. Friendly and quick. However the car was still dirty and the plastic and floor mat was left in the vehicle.
