I’m happy to discuss my experience with management.
When I originally brought my car in to check a check engine light in July the service department forgot to order the parts to fix my problem. So when I went back in September they finally ordered the parts and then I had to call 3 weeks later to make an appointment to get the work done. I had to wait another week to get scheduled in for the work and when that was completed my door locks wouldn’t work right. This the second not so great experience with the service department.

I made an appointment a week in advance to have my Jetta’s skid resecured after discovering that three bolts were missing. After waiting 2.5 hours, I was informed the repairs couldn’t be completed because only one bolt was in stock and that I will have to return after the other two had been special ordered and received.
We weren’t told the car was finished. I texted the number asking for an ETA and never received a response. We tried calling and were placed on hold for several minutes without an answer so we just went in hoping that it was finished. I would have loved better communication about time.
The only communication I had with Shelby were computer generated. I did speak to Heather twice but the best was Bonnie at the desk. She is awesome! I g gf ad called your switchboard several times tryingbto take to someone at service desk and finally got Heather. Bay question was were they running late as I was trying to finish charging at the nisssn dealership across the street. I was told they were on time so I quit charging and came over- then my car sat for 30 minutes. I had a long drive back to Livingston and it would have been better for me to keep charging for 10-15 minutes. I don’t like traveling at night and got back to Livingston just before dark with jyst enough charge but without some anxiety.
The folks at Underriner always treat me very well.
The correct part wasn't ordered. I wasn't charged for the visit and the correct part was ordered. It's not a huge deal but it did cut into my day. Everyone is friendly.
Shelby kept me up to date on progress of service.
Since I described the part on the vehicle that was broken, I would expect that part to be available to fix the vehicle when I arrived after a two hour drive. The appointment was set up several weeks in advance.

I've always been satisfied and impressed with the sales department and the service department of underriner motors in Billings Montana.
Jackson helped me out even when it was close to closing time. He’s good.
