The service was fine. I felt like the check in process was unorganized and we were told the shuttle was 10 mins away. We ended up waiting for almost 30 mins and then having to get an Uber. No one ever checked back to make sure we knew the shuttle was running behind. We brought the car to Billings for an oil change so we could watch our daughter’s basketball game at MSU B. We almost missed the start of the game. The shuttle service was why we decided to bring it to Billings. Not worth the trip after paying almost $60 in Uber fees.
I scheduled to have 3 recalls fixed and my seat belt buckle fixed. When I picked it up I was told the secondary hood latch wasn’t replaced because they didn’t have the part, although they did when u scheduled. I traveled from Bozeman to get this done. The part should have been there in my opinion.
I did test drive the Santa Fe Hybrid which I loved :)

Maybe I have high expectations, but there were oil drops on the engine cover where the tech splashed oil and when the cabin air was replaced there was a lot leaves left in the footwell.
We appreciate the service and it very goid to have the car back.
Jackson, Taylor, and Michael were great, helpful and professional. However I had 3 of 4 fuel injectors leaking gas and was told Hyundai only approved replacement of the 3. Obviously these injectors came from a poor manufacturing batch so all 4 should have been replaced. Hyundai made the call on this. If given the chance I would have paid for the fourth injector and gone after Hyundai for reimbursement.
Good job. Had to wait longer than usual, but that was okay.
I’m beyond disappointed and will not be back. If I have any issues I’ll take my vehicle to Dana Motors or drive to Bozeman.
I had an appt 10/15 @ 9:30, dropped my vehicle off at 8:20. I didn’t receive a call that day, did call down and talk to a gal who said she would check on my vehicle around 5. My husband drove down and they apologized and called and Jackson left me a vm. He assured me my car would be finished by noon the next day and would give me a call. By 3:45 the following day I still did not receive a call. I drove down and the car was finished. They didn’t know when it had been completed and no answer for me as to why I was not called. I informed them how I won’t be back. Next to me another customer said “if it makes you feel any better they didn’t call me either, and I’m on a bicycle!” I felt awful for him. It was hot and he was clearly upset.
I will purchase a Volkswagen again in the future, I’ve always loved them. When I do, it’ll be from somewhere else. And when anyone is interested in using you guys I will never recommend.

David from over at Honda (I believe) and Jackson were able to let me know my service was not completed on Tuesday. I received zero notice from the VW service team that my service was going to be delayed until Wednesday.
