I arrived at the Service to be told eventually that I did not have anymore free oil changes for 2024. I’ve never been given a number that I recall in the past. I generally go in Appr or May b/c that’s my vacation time to Arkansas. I generally have the oil changed in the summer b/c that’s about 3,000 miles total from the Spring trip. I usually have a late Fall or early winter change b/c of the mileage & time of year. For the first time ever, Bonnie told me I would have to pay for it b/c I’d already had 4 changes in 2024. Also I have an audio recall that takes 2 hours to install. I’m dissatisfied for both problems she thinks I have abused the oil changes, warned of problems using outside companies, & them suggests I come another time to do the / hour recall that I know nothing about until now.

I could not believe how exceptional the service staff were at the front desk. They treated every customer with respect and kindness, and seemed to make friends with each person who came in. They are a great team and asset to your business.
Friendly staff however it shouldn’t take 3 hours for an oil change, tire rotate and wipe down of seats by detail department. (Especially when I had an appointment)They washed exterior which I appreciate but thought they could have at least vacuumed interior as well.
After chatting with Bonnie for a while, I asked her how long she has been with Underriner. She surprised me when she said a few months.
On the way home my wife and I both agreed that she does an amazing job in her position, buildingtrust and confidence with the Customer And with her knowledge I truly thought she would’ve said three years instead of three months that she has been doing her job. She’s awesome, better do what you can to keep her around.!! ????

I was incredibly frustrated with my experience at Underriner Hyundai in Billings. A part that was ordered for my car took over a month to arrive after ordering, which caused me to miss multiple days of work and school in attempts to schedule an appointment. When my appointment finally did arrive I was told after 4 hours of my car being in the shop that the part was for a completely different model, and had to wait another two weeks for my car to be fixed.
Firstly, you asked two questions after saying you would only ask one. Now you want even more?!
