I am not sure this is service tech Bonnie’s fault-but I just had a couple of issues. First of all when I got to the place, a gentleman service tech who was very pleasant, greeted me and asked my name I told him and after making sure he couldn’t see my name on the schedule, he asked me how I made my appt, as he said he wasn’t showing that I was in the schedule. I told him I made it on your website because my indicator had been coming on saying that it was time for maintenance. That is the only reason for making the appt. He said that I should only just call the service dept. to make an appt from now on.

Very poor customer service! Jackson in particular needs to go to training to understand how he can best setve the public and not HIS needs! I will go to Bozeman or Idaho Falls next time.

It was so nice of him to call to tell me my car was finished and exactly what was done. (Change oil and tire rotation). I was glad he checked my car to be sure everything was in good running condition. I feel much better knowing that my car has been inspected. Thank you, Jackson for excellent service.
