I still have glass falling from the sunroof that was supposed to to be vacuumed out when the sunroof glass was replaced.

Instead of relying on a text to let people know the status of their car, having someone come out and talk to them would be better. I didn’t check my texts for 15 or 20 minutes before I realized it was you had sent a text explaining the status of my car, what needed to be done and how much I would have to pay. Then I had to go up to the desk and get further information. My appointment would’ve been finished much quicker had someone come out to let me know and to go over the items with me.

Bonnie was pleasant to deal with and did keep me informed of my service. In the past, there was staff there to greet me at my car for drop off and pulling my car up at the end. I recall that was a nice welcoming touch especially at the end as yesterday looking for a place to throw the plastic seat protector and floor mat away outide. Your diagnostic charges are overpriced especially when I had the exact code myself.

Underreiner did a fabulous job of working me in with both my AC and recall issues. I really appreciated it!!! Kind, generous staff made it possible! I got there at 7am and was out and to the hospital by 9:30am!

Bonnie took great care of us, facilitated our oil change and tire rotation with great speed. She also diagnosed our problem well before the tech verified her assessment. She had a solution and placed a part order. So I guess we’re still processing this visit until our car is completely fixed. Looking forward to our repair appointment. Thank you!

Outstanding service! We were traveling across country and my next service became due. After speaking with Heather I stopped in just before 6pm and arranged to drop the car off the next morning around 7:15am. The team squeezed us in and completed the task and had us on the road by 10am. I wish I didn’t live in Toledo Ohio and could recommend your location to family and friends. Thank you for above and beyond satisfaction. PS - they got most of the bugs off my windshield.????????
