Bonnie was wonderful. She was extremely understanding, knowledgeable efficient and showed us so much kindness over the last three weeks. We had an unusual circumstance being in the middle of a cross-country trip and having our transmission go out and we were very anxious and she made the experience extremely tolerable and we really appreciate that, thank you so much . There is no one better than Jackson. The service was perfect It was a great experience as my ride over and back was right in time Did everything I asked and VW runs perfect. Best service department I have ever delt with
Jackson did an amazing job. But the other woman that works in the service department neglected to tell him nor the mechanics about my concerns regarding my car. Jackson made sure that I was satisfied and made sure to let us know that he was truly sorry about the misunderstanding.
The service department never diagnosed my problems as discussed. The only thing they did was read the codes and take screen shots of them. Did not diagnose the exact problem or check my injectors as asked. Very dissatisfied and won't be taking my vehicles here again.
Jackson is great. I have always been happy with his service. However I don’t think I have ever talked to anyone else in the service department and felt like they did a good job. So I always prefer to bring my car in to you guys first, but if I pull up and see Jackson isn’t there then I start questioning if I should just go somewhere else. If Jackson isn’t already a manger or isn’t already training the other service writers, then he should be!

I was greeted promptly and all my service requests were addressed. Just not enough time to complete all but will have a safe vehicle after July 29th visit.
I am disatisfied because my vehicle has not been repaired as promised

I left numerous phone messages and did not receive any call back.
When I arrived I asked about this and was told I might have the wrong number. I called the number again while standing at the counter and her phone rang, I didn’t have that wrong number.
I live out of state and returning/answering the phone is important.

Availability and speed of the appointment were great. Staff were friendly and helpful.
I appreciated the reminder call that my car was due for maintenance, not one but two. What was going to be done was explained up front and on pickup was reviewed. Drop off and pick up was easy with the young man that was helping that day. Friendly service is always appreciated.
