Bonnie is amazing. She keeps you updated on the status of your car. She checks on how your are doing and makes sure you know there is a shuttle available. She walked me to my car to remove the plastic left behind during the service. I really can’t say enough about her. Before she was hired the service process was ok. Now it is outstanding.
Just very thankful for you and the time to help us out when we needed it so desperately.

Ya'll keep forgetting to put the sticker in my window to remind me when my next oil change is. And y'all stopped sending me emails to remind me to set an appointment for my next oil change. And your website doesn't allow me to schedule anymore...I have to call. And I can't hit hit submit on this feedback.
It took over 2 hours to get my oil changed. This was not an impromptu drop in. I had a scheduled 1:30pm appointment, and I showed up 10 mins early. I was quoted an hour to an hour and a half. I thought an hour and a half seemed a bit much, but I would’ve gladly taken it! I did not get my vehicle until 3:38pm. Over 2 hours! For an oil change!! The team apologized that they didn’t have time to wash it because they knew I was trying to get to a 4pm meeting across town. I cannot imagine how long I would’ve waited to have a car wash included. If I would’ve been told how long it actually was going to take for this appointment, I would have been able to make plans to not waste my afternoon in the waiting room or I would’ve taken my business elsewhere. Either of those options would have been preferred to what I actually had to experience. Please provide more honest time quotes or keep your team running on time. I’m not sure where the failure was, but the experience for the customer (me) suffered because of it.
Fabulous service!!! I have brought my Buick to Underriner since 2013 when I purchased it from the downtown store. Keep up the wonderful customer service.
Vehicle was there for 7 weeks for a sensor replacement. Didn’t receive one phone call update, had to call on my own multiple times which I was only ever able to speak to someone every fourth or fifth call. After I did speak to someone and was promised call backs which I did not receive.
Bonnie offered great customer service and answered all my questions. I appreciate how friendly she was and her patience.

It looks like the tires were not rotated. The rear 2 tires PSI have been 31 and after driving they are still showing that psi, the front has been 39 so one would expect the numbers be changed or even the pressure filled to 35. We also had someone throw a rock at the car last year and it dinged the passenger rear wheel metal and that is still on that side of the car too. Could you please make a note about the tires not being rotated? Thank you
I still have glass falling from the sunroof that was supposed to to be vacuumed out when the sunroof glass was replaced.
