Well the car report from Underriner came back showing tires all in good wear, 7? But I had an appointment with Discount Tire to get new tires after my service. They measured them as 3 and 4. So it makes me wonder if the technician actually preformed all the other checks required at the 30,000 mile interval.

I feel that I was talked into a service that was unnecessary. After referring to the owners manual we didn’t need to service the rear and front axle. That didn’t need to be done until 120,000 miles. And I was told that it was nearing the service mileage limit of 64,000 miles. The phone call from the service department suggested it need to be done soon and we could do it today or schedule for another time. Once we checked the service manual we learned the recommended time was 120000 miles. That is not soon but another 60000 miles or another three and one half years

The customer service was great, front desk amazing, area to wait great. I was bothered that the service team recommended an air filter change when it was less than a week old (we had just replaced it). That makes me question anything they recommend and the integrity of the company.

Very poor communication about what was going on with my car and when I could get it picked up. I had to call multiple times in order to even speak to someone who could tell me more than I don’t know or in order to not get sent to voicemail. If I left a voicemail, I did not get a call back. My car was in the shop for almost ten days and only once or twice did I receive a call to let me know what was happening. I was led to believe my car would be ready for pickup either Friday or Monday and then it was not ready until end of day Wednesday

When I checked in for year check under quarantine and spoke with Bonnie about problem with backing 360 camera,she said no problem, we will check out and update it if we can. After 2 hours when the car was done the update was not take in care of. Not on invoice. I think she didn't communicate with the tech at all.My husband checked with Jackson and he immediately started to investigate what is the problem. Call the tech and found out the update was not done but available to do. So we really appreciate all Jackson work. It took about other 30 minutes but the problem was solved for us. Highly appreciated Jackson going above and beyond. We also had good interaction with young valet guy who checked us in.

I was alerted of the needed recall over a year ago but was unable to make a trip to Billings until this summer due to work. The recall insinuated that it was quite urgent due to safety reasons so I wanted to get it done before my first baby arrives in October. I scheduled my appointment 6 weeks in advance and coordinated with my husband to come with me just in case I went into labor on the road. My husband took time off of work to make this happen. Ultimately, the part needed for the recall was not available and so nothing recall-related was done on my vehicle that day. I am frustrated and a little stressed because I likely wont be able to make it to Billings before the baby arrives to complete this recall. I really would have liked to have my car in perfect working order before transporting an infant.
