I was not contacted before the service advisor left for the day to know what was happening with my vehicle; I had to call the store multiple times to finally reach someone to see if my car had even been looked at. By the time I reached someone it was too late to request a call from the shuttle service so I was stuck without transportation till the next day.

As always the work done on my car at underriner was very good today. I took my car in for an oil change and was notified that it needed a little more work. I was fine staying longer for that and they did a great job and I was treated very well.

I would consider an appraisal on my Volvo for trade in consideration but Underriner Volvo does not keep enough Volvo inventory on the model that I am interested in.

I was glad they helped me figure out my radio problem. Jackson was very cool and let me know everything that was going on. Found out some things I need to fix.
