My car has not been repaired. I am waiting to be called back to have it fixed. I have a check engine light and was told that parts needed ordered and recalls needed to be done. I have been calling to set up an appointment to get this done

When I scheduled the appointment, I thought my car was supposed to be the first one. The text you sent said 11:30. I responded but did not get an answer. I then called about 10:30 and left a message asking when my car would be done as I was trying to line up a ride. I only received a call about 12:30 stating the car was done. Also, with this construction, it would have been nice to know how to get to the location. Texting this information to customers would be nice. Thanks. Jim
