When I checked in for year check under quarantine and spoke with Bonnie about problem with backing 360 camera,she said no problem, we will check out and update it if we can.
After 2 hours when the car was done the update was not take in care of. Not on invoice. I think she didn't communicate with the tech at all.My husband checked with Jackson and he immediately started to investigate what is the problem. Call the tech and found out the update was not done but available to do. So we really appreciate all Jackson work. It took about other 30 minutes but the problem was solved for us. Highly appreciated Jackson going above and beyond. We also had good interaction with young valet guy who checked us in.

I was alerted of the needed recall over a year ago but was unable to make a trip to Billings until this summer due to work. The recall insinuated that it was quite urgent due to safety reasons so I wanted to get it done before my first baby arrives in October. I scheduled my appointment 6 weeks in advance and coordinated with my husband to come with me just in case I went into labor on the road. My husband took time off of work to make this happen. Ultimately, the part needed for the recall was not available and so nothing recall-related was done on my vehicle that day. I am frustrated and a little stressed because I likely wont be able to make it to Billings before the baby arrives to complete this recall. I really would have liked to have my car in perfect working order before transporting an infant.

The service took 2x longer than expected with no update in communication. You already have my phone number, why not send updates on timeline? I had to move a meeting at work because of this.
There was also no water or any other drinks available in the waiting area

Did not really address problems
I came all the way from the Heights. The "wrench" picture was on on my screen and they turned it off and that was that. I did not need an oil change but thought perhaps they would be checking out fluid levels, filters, etc. It was still under factory warranty. I have since bought a 25 Kona so hopefully next time I come in they can do more of an unspection.
