I’m very happy with the service I received. The young woman, who was the one that actually helped me, was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Interacting with her was pleasant and to the point. I’m extra impressed that she walked me out to my vehicle, and even made a point to remove all the protective items the techs had used to keep my car clean. In the future, I will continue to Underriner Hyundai for my service needs.

The vibration is worse than before. I went for a vibration in the front passenger side. Not when breaking. Just driving. Now my front end vibrates worse but not only that when breaking it shimmers. It was not doing that before. I took it to you. I took it to you to be fixed properly. The breaks and rotars were replaced a year ago. You also did other bearing and axle work after that. Just not sure what to think now. I was hoping to get the car back to the VW mechanics. Sorry for the not good report.

No complaints about friendly customer service, but had to ask for shop to do a hard reset in the morning and then when I picked up vehicle the problems I had experienced were still there. I ended up doing a reboot of the system and was able to drive it home. Disappointed this may have been overlooked while vehicle was in shop. No way to know as Volvo has not really fixed the problem where blinkers and audio go dark.
