I left notes in my vehicle not to wash my car because I only want touchless car washes used. When I received my vehicle back it was washed and now it is covered in small scratches. I am 100% sure this happened as a result of Underriners car wash because there were no scratches when I dropped it off and I have never taken it to a carwash that is not touchless. One of the notes I left was taped to the dash so it was impossible to miss. I am so angry.

It took 2 hours for an oil change when they said it would take 1-1.5 hrs, but I appreciate the complimentary service.
