I have been using underwriter services exclusively since I bought the car and if this thing ever breaks down I'll buy another one I've had no problems with his car and I had almost 10 years now and I do plan on replacing it but not in the near future but when I do I will definitely buy another one from you

I mentioned that I wanted the air filter and cabin filter changed because I’ve had the car a year and a half and they’ve never been done. Was assured they would show me and ask if I wanted them changed. Never received a text or anyone showing me anything. Also asked to have tires rotated since they have never been done and I’m at 15,000 miles. Again was told it was part of my service today. Paper I received said tires were rotated but they clearly weren’t because I slipped into a curb with the right front tire and rim has a mark on it and it’s still in the same location Also I can’t ever reach the service department to schedule anything and never receive calls back after I leave a message. I’m very disappointed in the lack of service and communication from the service department. This is the second time I’ve had a very poor experience in my last 2 visits. The only way I can seem to get anything communicated properly is and have somewhat of a postive experience is my sales rep Tammi who has always been amazing. Please let me know how you plan on making things right and going back to better customer service and doing simply what the customer asks to be completed. Guess we’ll see if these surveys make a difference. Appreciate your time!

We were greeted promptly and reviewed our appointment needs. The car was thoroughly checked. Although they did not find any regularities, our car was taken care of thoroughly. We were greeted with the same friendliness and knowledgeable manner as when we first drove into the dealership.

I drove from Bozeman for the first oil change on my 2024 Hyundai SantaFe Calligraphy Hybrid. I dropped my car off about 15 minutes early for a 2:00PM appointment. Went for a walk until about 2:40PM and returned to see my car had not even begun service. Finally got out the door at 3:30. I know your time is valuable, so is mine. This type of delay is unacceptable. Its highly unlikely that I’ll be returning to your facility for any future needs.
