I wish the factory warranty had been discovered before the diagnosis.Bonnie was gracious enough to drop it to $100. I still feel since I purchased the car and warranty at Honda, I shouldn't of had to pay anything before having to go to KIA for the factory warranty.

The online scheduling program is not synced to the Underrinner scheduling program. When I arrived for my appointment, Underinner did not have anything on their books about my appointment. They asked me what service I was supposed to have and I told them I was responding to an email I received. The email said my car was due for service. I would think the two programs should be synced. It would save a lot of time and confusion. Luckily they had time to do the service and i didn’t have to reschedule.
Jackson was great! Very nice, easy to talk to about my vehicle. Explained everything in detail and helped talked about the recalls on my vehicle.
Tech did not locate/fix rattle in backseat. All other was great!

The service personnel were courteous,and efficient. Bonnie and Ty did a nice job of addressing the needs of my vehicle. I was able to get my car serviced and my tires replaced in the same visit. Logan did an exemplary job of mounting and balancing my tires replaced He later spoke to me and educated me on various matters of safety and Mai tenancy of my tires. Great job guys!!

I do not need a phone call to discuss— Was disappointed that it took almost two hours for my oil change to be completed today. I would expect the service to be complete in about an hour or less.
