This was my first time using the service department after purchasing a vehicle recently. From looking for a car, to getting financing, to service today, everything has been wonderful! Well where do I start. I left my car there the day before my appt because I was leaving for vacation gave them 10 days to look at it. I tried calling you for 4 days and you never answered the phone or called me back. And finally the day before I came back I called again and finally talked to someone about my car and they said they were just now pulling it in to look at it I was shocked I had an appt and you pulled it in the day before I get back from vacation. Then they tell me it was a flashlight that was making the noise which is wrong because the next day I heard it again. I am now taking it to the Mercedes service department to now look at it because you have the worse customer service I have ever dealt with. Answer your phones and call your customers back .
If Tyrel was the gentleman working out at the service desk, he was fantastic. Very informative and brought my engine filter into show me to confirm I still wanted it changed.
I was also impressed with Underriner’s ability to look at my engine filter without an appointment. I greatly appreciated it.
Your survey asked if I was interested in a trade in value assessment. I’m not sure I’ll bother with Hyundai. In my opinion, they ruined the Sante Fe when they increased the length and made it look like a block. Tucsons are too small. If I wanted the passenger sitting in my lap, I would have considered it. Maybe a Honda, but not for another year or two.
As I told your service people. I had no idea Billings had a Hyundai volkswagen service center. I really loved it and the people were super nice.

I had an appointment for 2 pm, but the car sat for almost an hour before being taken back and looked at. Also, the repair estimate of $4300 seems exorbitant for a headlight.
Had an appointment @ 1:00pm for an oil change & tire swap/rotation, so with that about 1 1/2 maybe 2, that was not the case 3+ hours with no communication what so ever, I was told that they were waiting on a filter, (great how about communication to the customer) & the info didn’t even come from the mechanic or the service desk, it came from Paul in sales because he was wondering what was taking so also. So that showed up, I guess when they went to start my car, a hose or clamp was pinched, not on something, so oil got all the F** over , so I had to wait for that to be cleaned up, I also ask for the car to have a car wash but after the oil mess they had to wash it, & it was hand washed so I appreciated that, but that’s not the point, my point is my last service was comped because the crew can not follow basic instructions. They need some sort of check list or a better system for doing the work that ppl ask for & not forgetting anything, I need something crazy from another customer while waiting

My tires were deflated to 31 on my car. My auto headlights had been turned off so I didn't realize i was driving at night with no headlight. My seat was reset to another position.
The work on the car seems to be completed, since i have not noticed any leaking. I am satisfied with that. I appreciated the car being washed.
Bonnie provided timely updates and demonstrated a feature of my Tiguan that I didn't understand. Thank you.

Help with replacing the light bulbs at the end of the day was great, we had trouble turning the lights on aut came back to Underringer’s big windows to see the reflection of the lights in them thank you so much !
I wish the factory warranty had been discovered before the diagnosis.Bonnie was gracious enough to drop it to $100. I still feel since I purchased the car and warranty at Honda, I shouldn't of had to pay anything before having to go to KIA for the factory warranty.
