Overall we enjoy taking our Santa fe to your shop for service. This last issue was frustrating. We had an expensive repair on cooling system last November. Coolant kind of had a slow leak ever since and now throttle body hoses are supposedly leaking. If system was pressure testing it seems those leaks would've been evident. Instead we had to pay another diagnostic fee, even though said coolant was leaking. And now the check engine light is on which I'm assuming will be another diagnostic fee. In general if we use your shop for the repair work it seems diagnostic fee should be waived/rolled up into the repair. Thanks

From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed and received immediate help. They performed the oil change quickly, and they even washed my car for me!. Wow!!!.

I prefer to make my appts over the phone. It took about 3 days and one unreturned vm message before I was able to finally talk to someone to sched. I think I called about 5 times at varying times. It’s very hard to talk to a person.

I was not contacted before the service advisor left for the day to know what was happening with my vehicle; I had to call the store multiple times to finally reach someone to see if my car had even been looked at. By the time I reached someone it was too late to request a call from the shuttle service so I was stuck without transportation till the next day.

As always the work done on my car at underriner was very good today. I took my car in for an oil change and was notified that it needed a little more work. I was fine staying longer for that and they did a great job and I was treated very well.
