Todd notified me when my Bronco was ready and offered me a ride back to the dealership to pick it up. That was very nice.

I got a call saying “my battery needed replacement. When I came back to pick up my truck and was presevted with a bill for $700 for two batteries plus install. Felt like a slippey sale. Left me less then impressed.

Honestly one of the best experience at a dealer ship to date. I work in similar industry of customer service for the last 20years. Loyal to the brand and owner of black labels for 10yrs .. just want to say a what a hidden gem in Oregon the level of customer service SID gave me really makes you appreciate driving a Ford .
