Todd was very courteous when I dropped my Bronco off for a oil change and then texted me when it was ready. Very professional.
I have been in three time in the last 3 weeks with the same issue and no resolution. Now am being told I will need my car back for another 1/2 day which will bring my wait time to over 12 hours. While everyone has been courteous and friendly Im finding it hard to believe that the service department cannot diagnose the issue with a car with less than 30k miles on it.

I really miss getting the detailed inspection report. I requested one and only thing I got was a list of maintenance items for $2900!!! I checked and all of those were BS and not even listed on Ford's site or my manual
The timeline was a month for an issue that was never identified. The service department is woefully undermanned and unsupported.
I’m very satisfied with the service, you guys went above and beyond. I will definitely keep coming back, every time I need anything down to my cars.

Todd got my vehicle in right away. The oil was changed and the inspection was completed. He even offered to rotate the tires.I appreciate the friendly and professional service.

After paying a $2k bill I identified a 3” hose clamp that was destroyed on my air intake, my negative battery terminal was not tightened and multiple clips on my coils had broken tabs.
In regard to the service performed, so far the oil leak is gone but time shall tell.

Still have not heard anything about my vehicle. I came to pick up my car 2 days ago , you guys said its all ready to go. I got into the car and didnt even make it out if the parking lot before I broke down. Since then ive heard nothing ive called but nothing!!!
Todd notified me when my Bronco was ready and offered me a ride back to the dealership to pick it up. That was very nice.
