I understand you are a large company. And with that comes large overhead and pressure to produce profit. And I don't mind paying for service and parts. Would it be better to just say you don't work on older cars than to insult your local clients with 1000 dollar quotes on 450 dollar job.

They took almost two hrs on my oil change, like mostly always. Use getting the filter from napa and excuse, like always. Sid was rude when I asked how long. Merial told me to calm down. Than my **** truck smells like oil in the inside.
Sid went above a d behind for my very small issue. If I ever need service I will return because of Sid
