I appreciated how Jessica listened to my concerns and experiences with my car and how she conveyed those concerns to the guy doing the diagnostic. She followed up on a question I asked about the thermostat, which they explained would cause my “check engine” icon to be on. It was not on today when I took it in but when I explained to them how much it is on, they checked into that and found an issue that they thought was causing it. I feel like I got a lot of information out of the diagnostic because of Jessica’s communication with the other techs. She is very knowledgeable and explains things well without being condescending. She was thorough and asked specific questions that got to the heart of the problem. Talking to her was a pleasure!
