Let me know why I got a text message stating that my vehicle is ready for pickup when my vehicle was not being serviced. This makes me uncomfortable and wondering if I am being misrepresented by someone.

Very impressed with your team from my first phone call into the shop, reception by Trey & his explanation of what needs done, and (according to my docs) the great work by Lynae Mast. I appreciated that Trey txtd several times in the process, and from my side of things I don’t know how you could improve. Thanks again, I really appreciate it.

At my check in I was told my “estimated “ charge for my services would be 615.89 and when it was time to pay it cost me 827.72 and when I asked why the excuse I received was the transmission fluid and transfer case fluids are expensive. If a Honda repair shop doesn’t add the cost of the fluids in their estimate that in my book is deceit The amount of oil is included in the cost for a oil change! A Honda service department should know how much fluid and parts it takes for the changes and add the cost in the estimate If I’m not seeing this correctly please convince me otherwise

Everything was fine but the price, there was a special online when I booked it but wasn't applied when I picked my vehicle up. I stated it to the advisor and she showed no concern on the matter.
