I didn’t actually talk with Jessica, but it was more like a team effort. I spoke with two different men and she put the plastic protector on my car seat and the paper mat on the floor. The whole experience was good.

I paid $160 for a diagnostic of something I already knew about. I have already had my transmission fluid changed (3/2025 at Bob’s Garage) which was suggested by your dealership, so it must be the torque converter that is the problem. I was told the fluid needs to be changed 3x at $750 and that may not work and then maybe the part could be replaced under the warranty. That makes no sense to do all of that when the torque converter is obviously the problem.

He left the dealership and Jessica had to check me out. When I got in the car, the radio was blaring and also not on Ecco for the car. I was there from 1:45 to 3:20. Oil change and nothing else after the things they checked. Very disappointed because I have been a customer for many years. I am however grateful they got me in today.!! You asked!!!!!!Patti
