I was told that upon inspection, you’d be able to diagnose the problem and that wasn’t the case. Your technicians could not find the issue. It seemed like they were only trolling for more work. I won’t be bringing my vehicle back. I’ll be taking it to dad‘s garage instead. I came to you for certain answers in all your technicians could give me is uncertainty. This is why I don’t believe in paying for an inspection because there’s no definite outcome that your technician is good enough to figure the problem out, so I wasted my money and you lost the customer forever. I did talk to the technician about this and told him that I was very unhappy, and that I was given a certain perception that you guys could figure out the problem and diagnose it, and there was no certain diagnosis and I left with my car still showing codes and lights on the dash now I will take it to another mechanic to do the job that you could not do. I’m very displeased and I wish I could get a full refund because I am very unhappy and will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau due to this outcome. I do thank you for your time, but it was a waste of mine.

I was told when I bought the vehicle that it was covered for 30 days. I brought it in there to have a bump underneath their checked out a bump bump bump and they told me that it needed struts and it would cost me $1350. I’ve checked with several other Mechanics around and the highest cost for that identical thing was approximately between 700 and 800 I am not happy with you and I will not do business with you again they should replace those struts and without question.

I asked for a hard reset for the radio/screen in my Honda CRV. I was charged $164 for a diagnostic test and the gal rebooted the radio/screen by using the vol/audio button. That was not a hard rest. She should have unplugged the battery on the negative end to do a hard reset for my radio. All she did was turn it on and off. I paid $164 for that.
