I recently worked with Jordan Taylor for service on my Honda HR-V, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Jordan was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to clearly explain what my vehicle needed, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident about the work being done. The service was completed efficiently, and my HR-V is running perfectly. Jordan’s attention to detail and commitment to great customer care really stood out. I left feeling well taken care of and will definitely return for future service. Highly recommend Jordan Taylor for anyone looking for outstanding Honda service!

When it comes to the service team they are very courteous, respectful, and tried to do their best to help out with the situation at hand. However, when it comes to the problem with a clicking sound on the Honda prologue, I do believe Honda knows there’s an issue, but will not deal with it. You can see this with customers online that are reporting this issue and it is not being solved, rather it seems they are whitewashing the issue by saying this is normal. Having a clicking sound when you turn right or left is not normal. There is a problem. At this point if I could get out of my lease, I would. And when it comes to buy my next EV, it will not be a Honda and that is coming from folks here that over the last 10 years have owned 4 Honda cars.

Jeramy was very courteous and even held the door for us to push my husband’s wheel chair into the waiting area. He was very patient to wait for my husband to finish in the restroom when the car was finished. I really appreciated him.

Jessica was fine and I was satisfied with her. What I did not Like is that whoever serviced my vehicle turned off my lights and I was not aware as I always keep my lights on auto and have my fog lights on. There was no reason for the technician to do anything with my lights during an oil change!!!
