They were unable to fix the problem, but that is not my complaint. My wife was told on the phone the issues were under the dash. There was a box worth of stuff & a few umbrellas in the back. Trey texted & informed that they could take the stuff but would have to charge technician rate of &160/hr. I understand that a charge might be necessary. However, it wasn’t 5 minutes of work. He could’ve said hey I might have to charge $10 to take the stuff out. Also, feel I didn’t need to be charged a tech rate for that. The text only made me uncomfortable that I’d be charged for .1 hr & not overcharged for a roundup to say .5 hrs. All this could’ve been avoided by either taking the items out or calling me. I mean we did buy the car there. i responded to Trey’s text telling him not to take the items out. I did not get a response via text or when I saw him in person. Just seemed like I was another job; they had 0% interest in my satisfaction.

Except one thing. Every time I’m in service and leave the dealership and half way home,, a note comes on saying “tire pressure low”. This upset me as recently I had a nail in my tire. Recently I took my car into dealership and they said they didn’t have time to fix it and recommended me going to a tire dealer. Which I did, and they were able to plug it and send me on my way. Trey was very courteous today as I had to call him to walk my son into reconciling the low pressure sign.
