Briana very informative and polite. Any time I’ve been there always great service. Great to see “Jake from St Farm” back in the service dept! One little comment…..be sure when a cabin filter is installed the tech replaces the filter cover. No big deal, my daughter fixed it! Didn’t notice it was on the floor till I got home. Incomplete service for a 70,000 mile maintenance service for my 2021 Toyota 4Runner. It should be for oil change and tire rotations. Only did oil change that took more than 1 hour. Free tire rotation had to be scheduled on another date.

Jacob met me at my car and immediately answered a question that had me concerned from my trip that morning to the dealership. He is very kind, patient and personable. He explains things so you can understand them. I feel confident that my car is in good hands when he is involved. You have a great employee working for you.

We were not notified the status of our vehicle or that our service rep had gone home for the day. Another rep closed out our ticket but was less than happy about it.

I am totally happy with my service and the staff in the service department is fantastic!! As for the vehicle itself, I am disappointed!! I have come to expect more from Toyota vehicles!! This is the second huge problem with my RAV4!! For a vehicle with just a little more than 100,000 miles! Not acceptable as far as I’m concerned!??

Jacob is both professional in his dealings and deeply personable in the care he provides. I watched him deftly juggle multiple customers with grace and poise. I would also like to acknowledge the kind gentleman (I believe he is the service manager) who offered to give me a ride back to the hospital where I work. He was aware that I was waiting for an employee to return to the shop who would then give me a ride. He offered to give me a ride and used his own vehicle. His hospitality is commendable and made an impression upon me. Both he and Jacob personified uncommon and exceptional hospitality.
