I was told my fluids was top.off they wasn't right now my windshield fluid light is on and if my engine light is on wouldn't you tell me why naw nothing I'm good on bring my car here oh yeah you only checked the engine filter not the other one but I did so I changed both but thanks for your concerns.

My vehicle was serviced at this dealership on February 16, 2026. When I paid and entered the vehicle to leave, the check engine and tracking lights came on and I couldn’t put my vehicle in a driver mode. I called the attention of the service manager, and the vehicle was taken back to the service bay where the issue seemed to have been corrected. Since then, it became so difficult to put the vehicle in driver. I called the dealership again and I was told to bring back the vehicle. I brought back the vehicle, and the service supervisor charged me the sum of $435.01 just to lubricate the gear system. I asked the manager (Hych) the reason why this was not fund and done during the service to the vehicle. He told me that they only perform visual inspections to vehicles and that lubrication jobs are not done to vehicles during oil change or service.

3 trips to your service dept. For the same problem and each visit cost over $350. I feel cheated. I also had to ask for a carwash. Service is very poor.

I spent over 3 hours for my oil change and tire rotation today. The staff attended to me did not tell me after the vehicle was done with, he just kept me waiting in the waiting room I really felt so disappointed
