I brought my car in because it was loud when starting it and accelerating. They said it was due to the exhaust and it would be $3100 to fix but I would probably do better getting it fixed at a muffler or exhaust shop due to them having the welding tools thy have in shop. When I got the car back and drove it for approximately 3 minutes the brake light and ABS light came on. I called Toyota and they said to bring it back thy would be able to look at it tomorrow because the service department was closed. The next morning thy called and said they electrical cord was lose an had tape on it but the light was no longer on. Well it wasn’t loose or having any issues before taking the car to the shop for the loud sound when starting it.. And unless tape came on it when purchased they had to put it there. I was unable to speak to anyone when I picked up the car because again the service department was closed at 3pm and on a Saturday. Again, once the car was driven for about 3-5 minutes, the brake and ABS warning lights came back on. I will be back up there on Monday….

The staff was not friendly at all not even the cashier. No hello or Thank you! My car needed additional services however, the text went to to the incorrect number therefore, there was additional wait time.

Overall experience was great. Team took my concerns seriously and took care of them in a timely fashion that got my vehicle back quickly. Techs did a great job with work that was done and I feel confident and happy to say I would use Advantage again for future work.
