I bought my vehicle there and it was a pleasure to purchase but over the years hospitality and common courtesy is gone my oil changes are different prices every time I come that is a issue a HUGE ONE YOU GUYS used to have Fred water and things to make the customer feel appreciated not anymore when I come in the service department for anything I feel like I’m a dollar sign and not a valued customer everyone in service is looking to rip you off that’s what it feels like and I don’t like it been wanting to trade my car in but with the service and respect you get there NOW IS WACK HORRIBLE AND DOES NOT DISPLAY A PROFESSIONAL AND KIND DEALERSHIP THAT ALONE GETS YOU FAR IN LIFE THANKS

Had a coupon for an oil change for $44.95 He did not mention all the Biden fees or extra fees that came with it my total cost was $64.95 , I can see tax on the $44 but all the rest should be explained before the services!! Then it’s my choice to stay or go somewhere else!! Yours truly a Very Un Satisfied Customer!!

The service was excellent but I was sitting waiting for my car for extra 30 minutes after my car was finished the young man stated he came to get me not true and I received the text after I left the establishment but Simone checked everything out made sure I was ok .

Totally dissatisfied! 1. Accused of putting in seats myself. 2. Refused to get salesman of the car as I requested, so that salesman could confirm that seats were already in vehicle, and no changes were made by customer. 3. Service manager was not aware that front seats were installed by third party. 4.Manager was not cooperative.
