No one spoke to me about any repair's my lexus sc430 need. I was told the car was washed, but when I got to my car it was not washed. Someone did eventually wash it. No one spoke to me regarding my lexus nc200, about what I need to repair.

Today Nick was awesome to me. He is so kind and so polite and knowledgeable explaining every single detail to me for me understand it. And he’s always courteous to me and I’m glad he’s on your team. I don’t want to see anybody else but him. Give him a raise. I’m bringing my daughter’s car in a couple of months and I hope he’s there. He gave me some knowledge about when to get an oil change and the things that I should look for. And I appreciate that he’s #1. Antionette B

First off it took 3hours for an oil change,tire rotation and car wash, I received no updates on service until a text saying it was completed like usual, I was told one price when I signed and when completed it was a little more and I asked the man why and he say taxes 11% which it still was more than calculated tax so he said fine I will take it off and it was lowered,and when I got my car it was not washed at all and im wondering if the tires was even rotated.This has been my worse experience here yet.

I was very disappointed that the associate who checked me in would not allow me to use the discount coupon for a $44.95 oil change with an additional charge for 8cyl vehicles. I was told I would have to pay the regular price, but he drooped that price by $10. Also, the tech managed to leave out a bolt on my skid plate. This is a common mistake that I have to deal with nearly every time I get an oil change from a Toyota dealer.

He kept me informed of my vehicle, but this isn’t related to him, I noticed a scratch on my door after I left and it looked like some left on tape residue, but it was a scratch and nobody said anything, but I just wanted to point that out.
