This young man took the time to explain coverage on my warranty He made me a copy to view later on at home He was very friendly He even showed me how to lock and unlock my door with just my hand It was so many things I simply didn’t know how to do but as I was explaining he was showing me how to do it and making the changes all at the same time GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I have been using Toyota services for many years, and overall, the service agent was professional, helpful, and respectful. However, Toyota as a company needs to do better when it comes to honoring what is included in the service contract. Car washing was included in my agreement, but it is almost never available whenever I come in for service. After being a loyal Toyota customer for years, this is very disappointing. Customers should not have to keep asking for a service that was promised and included. I appreciate the professionalism of the staff, but Toyota needs to improve its customer service consistency and make sure all contract-included services are actually available.

I was charged $260 for absolutely nothing. I am fed up I knew I had a problem when I went inside because I needed my AC recharged they tell me that I had a hole in my condenser and they couldn't do it so I was charged $260 for nothing I am very upset. I will never return for a service through Toyota ever again. I felt like I was robbed.

While. the work was completed as requested. It wa we drove away with a problem we did not have when we first brought the car in., our air conditioning, which was working perfectly before we brought the car in is now barely functioning. I am very disappointed, and I hope you the problem that has developed during the servicing can be resolved without taking additional funds out of our budget.

Highly disappointed. Your payment system withdrew a total of $7,000 dollars from my checking account for a $88.79 oil change. I repeatedly tried to get assistance with this matter only to have it unresolved. I have no trust with you guys & probably will not return as a costumer. Hopefully it will be corrected.

I told the representative that when I slowly backup up and I pump the brake pedal in a continuous motion I hear a popping or clicking sound. This issue has still not been addressed. This sound doesn't sound normal,

Steve was very nice, there were just too many things added to the bill. I can't tell what's mandatory, what could wait. Also, I didn't get offered any discounts. Then when I got home, there was a postcard with discounts in my mailbox.
