Quick and easy service. Professional and overall a nice group of people. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Johari was patient and explained what was done to my vehicles in detail. I will definitely bring my car back to be serviced. Also it was easy to get an appointment.

I was satisfied with the work. I just wish they had been more realistic on the time. I was told 2 hours to repair so I waited. It ended up being up being over 4 and a half hours. Just keep a customer informed if it takes longer.

Me and my family have been customers for this exact location for more than 10 years now. However, today I experienced unprofessional responses and attitude from this advisor. I asked Steven questions and he responded with a very hostile tone and kept cutting off my conversation with him. I was given a wrong price breakdown for my vehicle and when I questioned him, instead of helping me understand the price, he got defensive and responded with a terrible attitude. Need to speak to a supervisor or manager about this situation. Not only to hold that advisor accountable, but to also finally find out what the prices were for and the breakdown.

I had an appointment at 2:30 to evaluate the noise in my car stayed until 5:00 also wanted an appraisal that o never received They were so into selling me a new vehicle and would never come down of of the sticker price and never gave me an appraisal...so disappointing

It's not encouraging when you're informed that you didn't get your "100k service"; yet, you've brought your car into said dealership several times while well-passed 100k miles and the representative somehow didn't access your long-standing patronage of said dealership prior to informing you of the missing service. It's also not encouraging to almost be charged for a service - tire rotation - when the representative made it clear that they couldn't perform said service because another service - that costs an arm and a leg - had to be performed and the representative stated that they would make the adjustment. Such poor customer service makes it difficult to remain a customer

Symone was very kind, helpful and professional. Each time I had my vehicle serviced she always welcomed me and was very polite. Even though I didn’t have an appointment, my vehicle was serviced in a timely manner.
