I went to Advantage Toyota to get an oil change and front and back brakes. My total was $1500. Today my car drives bad. Whenever I press on the brakes the rear right side is loud and it feels as if the wheel and brakes will fall apart. I will bring the car back. Now I have to lose time from work because of this.

Nick was great. Made me feel comfortable answering my questions. It was just my taillight that needed fixing so I was afraid it would be way too minor a problem for your service department. But he made me feel good about coming in.

I had a 8:30 appointment I had to find out what was going on my car almost 11:00 I didn't leave the dealership to almost 12:30

Emonie and Lollie were great, Lollie always does a good job. However I have a major complaint about the waiting room. Sometimes you have to wait several hours before your vehicle is fixed which means being on your phone a lot which leads to needing to charge your phone. It’s been over a year and the phone charging cords in the waiting room are old and outdated, why is that? You charge me over $1000 and you can’t spend $10 on an updated phone charging cord? That’s ridiculous and pathetic, someone needs to step up because paying customers keep YOU in business.
