I came in for a recall, an oil change and I had a coupon for the All Points Inspection. I was reading my book then just happen to check my phone. I saw the messages showing the results of the inspection and my car was ready to go! No one had come out to discuss the concerns. When I went to pay my coupon was not used, which I had shown at check in.The tech was called to correct it and I asked if there were any concerns. She everything was taken care of. When I saw my car it was not washed, which was included on the coupon. So, I asked about the car wash I was told they couldn't do it that day, to come back another day. For the recall, CarFax said a new battery was put in. No new battery was put in!I felt rushed and felt the personal service that attracted me Advantage 11 years ago, was not there!

Every time I come to this location I have a horrible experience. After each service visit, I have an issue causing me to return. I’m starting to think it’s intentional to force me into more repairs or the purchase of a new vehicle. I am a senior and I’m starting to lose trust in the dealership for service because I’m starting to feel as if I’m going to a back alley mechanic. I hope this location will better their service and repair vehicles correctly.

Brandon what’s actually very respectful and nice checking me in. The only issue was I had to call about my vehicle o see if it was ready. No one communicated with me. My vehicle was very clean however the issue at hand was the smell. My car has been at their facility since September 2024 and at some point my interior got wet which is causing a smell. I can still smell it. Aric the service manager said it was shampooed however it didn’t smell like it. It looks like it was vacuumed really good and the wet stain in the sunroof was cleaned. But I can still see the spot.
